Elizabeth A. Ashbrook, age 62, of Jonesborough, Tennessee

passed away Friday evening at 7:45 PM at Johnson City Medical Center.

Born in Rogersville, she had been a lifelong resident in and around the area. She was a homemaker. She was of the Christian Faith. Elizabeth loved to eat out with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Talmadge and Nora Jarvis Long; and  her brother Johnny Wayne Long. Survivors include her husband, Doug Ashbrook of the home; three daughters, Jennifer Ashbrook of Erwin, Tennessee, Wendy and husband Mike Head of Gray, Tennessee, and Kim and husband Mark Odham of Gray, Tennessee; three grandchildren; Whitney Head, Lauren Head, and Holly Odham.

The family will receive friends Sunday June 27, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Tri-Cities Funeral Home with funeral services being conducted at 7:00 PM  in the Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sid Payne and Pastor Paul Maness officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.
